I understand human behaviour.
In my previous career, as a Senior Sales Director in the cosmetics industry, I sold ½ million dollars worth of lipstick, personally. That’s a LOT of kisses!! In that time, I learned a lot about
self esteem
self image
imposter syndrome, and
other challenges that hold humans back from being all they can be.
In addition, I led many of my sales professionals to become leaders in my organization; I led that organization to consistently be recognized in the top 10% of the company. This is where I gleaned the wisdom I use today. Our track record supports the techniques, tools, and strategies I teach, today.
So what’s my sweet spot? I grow leaders.

I’m a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP); this is a designation assigned by the National Speakers Association to fewer than 900 speaking professionals across the globe. I am one of only 56 in Canada. This designation lets you know that I’ve done enough of what I do to know what I’m doing – and do it well!
